Not everyone has the same needs or life circumstances. In fact, it is hard to find two people who benefit from the exact same plan for their family's wellness. Through the 30 minutes discovery call, we get to know each other and make sure we are on the same page. It is your opportunity to understand how I can help you and mine to understand your needs to be able to suggest the best suitable package for you.

One Month Support Package
My one month support package includes an initial up to 90 min in-depth call, fortnightly 60 min calls, summary email after every call and unlimited amount of email support. I will also be providing you with resource materials for further help. I will be with you throughout our journey and if you feel you require further help, I advise you to extend the package on a monthly basis.

Flexible Support Package
Life is getting hard with the cost of living and daily challenges, but your baby’s sleep should not be another source of stress. This package is designed to offer you flexibility by allowing you to choose between either 3 calls over the course of one month or conducting all our communication via emails, meaning you can email me as much as you wish to. In addition to your choice of format, you get the usual detailed intake form analysis, personalised support materials and a summary email (if you choose the calls).
